I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were great, clean, and well-appointed with a nice view, but I was disappointed to find some hair on the bathroom floor. The service was friendly and helpful, but there were some minor issues like being woken up early. The location was convenient in the heart of downtown, but it made me consider other options. The dining options were pricey and not satisfying. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a really pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were super clean and nicely kept, which made me feel comfortable. Being close to the elevators was convenient, although the lack of a fridge and sufficient ice machines was a bit of a downside.
